1. Website purpose

This website provides moving information, preliminary planning tools, estimate-request intake, shipment lookup, claims intake, and customer support. Submitting a form does not create a binding moving contract, reserve a date, authorize a charge, or guarantee service or pricing.

2. Estimates and written agreements

Any website range is illustrative and non-binding. Final pricing, inventory, route, dates, access conditions, valuation, cancellation terms, payment terms, and the identity and authority of the contracting service provider must appear in the applicable written estimate, order for service, bill of lading, or other agreement before a binding transaction.

3. Communications

Request-specific responses and optional automated marketing communications are governed by the disclosures shown at the point of collection, our Calling & Texting Disclosures, SMS PrivacySMS Terms, Do Not Call / Opt-Out Policy, and Privacy Notice. Optional marketing SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Accurate information and acceptable use

You agree to provide information you are authorized to provide and not to misuse the site, impersonate another person, submit harmful code, interfere with service, scrape protected information, or use forms for spam, harassment, or unlawful activity.

5. Third-party and carrier services

The site may rely on hosting, database, CRM, telephony, messaging, mapping, or analytics providers. Availability can be affected by those providers. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Intellectual property

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date. For a booked move, the signed move-specific agreement controls over conflicting website content.

This website and the communications disclosures on it identify the seller as Lowes Van Lines LLC, doing business as Lowes Van Lines.
