SMS Terms
These terms apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of Lowes Van Lines LLC, doing business as Lowes Van Lines about a move request or optional marketing program.
Effective: September 12, 2026
Program description
Messages may include responses to a move request, appointment or estimate follow-up, service updates, support replies, or—only after optional consent—marketing messages about moving services.
Website SMS opt-in path
To opt in to marketing text messages from Lowes Van Lines LLC, doing business as Lowes Van Lines, open https://www.lowesvanlines.com/quote. Complete 1 Route, 2 Move, and 3 Services, selecting Continue after each step. In 4 Review, enter your full name, email, and mobile number in the Phone field. Under Your contact choices, manually check the optional, initially unchecked box labeled Optional marketing text messages. Review the separate required request-specific response and accuracy/website-terms acknowledgments, then select Send move request.
Marketing texts concern Lowes Van Lines moving services. Message frequency may vary. Msg & Data Rates May Apply. Reply HELP for help or visit Support. Reply STOP to opt out. Read the SMS Privacy Policy, SMS Terms, and Terms & Conditions.
The SMS marketing checkbox is optional, separate from request-specific phone/email contact permission, and unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Entering a phone number, selecting Text as a preferred contact method, accepting required acknowledgments, or submitting another website form does not enroll you in marketing texts. You may submit the quote request without checking the optional SMS marketing box.
For the UCaaS Low Volume service program, consumers provide request-specific SMS permission where they enter a mobile number with a moving or support request. Optional marketing SMS is a separate unchecked permission on the quote form and is not part of CB9KPFY. No verbal consent, paper form, purchased list, affiliate list, or third-party lead source is claimed as an enrollment method. This restriction applies to the service campaign.
Provider-required START keyword: The website opt-in authority for the UCaaS Low Volume service program is the request-specific SMS disclosure shown where a consumer provides a mobile number with a moving or support request. After 8x8 approval and sender assignment, START may also be configured as the provider-managed opt-in/re-opt-in keyword for that same non-marketing service messaging program. The START path is not active or advertised as available until 8x8 approval, sender assignment, and production verification are complete. Optional marketing SMS remains a separate permission and is not authorized by approval of this service campaign.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your request and interactions. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan.
STOP and revocation
Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to revoke consent. We also honor other reasonable messages that clearly ask us to stop. After an opt-out, we may send one non-promotional confirmation message and will stop further automated marketing texts unless you later provide new documented consent.
HELP and support
Reply HELP for help or use the support page. Do not send emergency requests by text.
Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers and message availability may change. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee delivery to every device, number, or network.
Privacy
See the Privacy Notice for how contact information, consent evidence, message records, and opt-out preferences are handled.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms prospectively. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, where required, a new opt-in.
Service SMS and marketing SMS require separate choices.
Moving-request service SMS
Lowes Van Lines offers request-specific service SMS only when a consumer voluntarily selects the separate Optional moving-request SMS updates checkbox on the quote form. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Providing a phone number, selecting Text as a preferred contact method, or submitting the moving request does not by itself enroll the consumer in this SMS program. Service messages may include request acknowledgments, estimate or appointment scheduling, move coordination, crew or arrival ETA, service-status updates, and customer-care replies. Message frequency varies, typically 2-6 messages per move plus customer-initiated replies. Msg & Data Rates May Apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Optional marketing SMS
Promotional text messages require the separate Optional marketing text messages checkbox on the quote form. That checkbox is also optional and unchecked by default and is not a condition of purchase. Marketing-SMS permission does not authorize marketing calls, prerecorded or artificial-voice calls, or AI-generated voice calls. Message frequency varies. Msg & Data Rates May Apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
The two programs are registered, routed, and suppressed independently. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. See the SMS Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
