Do Not Call / Opt-Out Policy
You may revoke permission for calls or texts from Lowes Van Lines LLC, doing business as Lowes Van Lines at any time using any reasonable method that clearly communicates your request.
Effective: September 4, 2026
How to opt out
- Text: Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
- Call: Tell the caller “stop calling,” “do not call,” “remove me,” or another clear request.
- Voicemail or support: Leave a clear message or submit the support form with the number to suppress.
What happens next
We record the number and request in a company-specific suppression list. For covered calls and texts, clear revocation requests are honored within a reasonable time and no later than 10 business days. We may send one non-promotional text confirming a text opt-out. Company-specific do-not-call records are maintained for at least five years from the request, unless a longer period applies, and suppression remains in place until you provide new, documented permission to resume.
Scope
Your request applies to communications made by or on behalf of Lowes Van Lines LLC, doing business as Lowes Van Lines. It does not automatically control unaffiliated companies you contacted separately. We do not treat an opt-out as permission to forward your number to another seller.
National Do Not Call Registry
You may also register a personal number with the National Do Not Call Registry. We maintain our own company-specific suppression process in addition to applicable federal and state registry screening.
Requested and transactional messages
An opt-out from automated marketing does not prevent a response that you later specifically request. Any service-related message must have an independent lawful basis and remain within the scope of that request.
Problems with an opt-out
Use the support page and include the affected number, date, channel, and a brief description. Do not include account passwords or payment-card data.
